Caribou Coffee annually organizes a distinguished conference, bringing together its entire workforce for a celebration immersed in the essence of Caribou. In commemoration of their remarkable 30-year journey, this year's event embraced the vibrant theme of "Birthday Party." I was tasked with conceptualizing an engaging and interactive experience for attendees, and strategically incorporating dynamic photo opportunities throughout the occasion. Moreover, I designed crucial event elements, including eye-catching way-finding signage, an awe-inspiring stage backdrop, swag items, enchanting centerpieces, and other essential details, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking experience for all participants to relish.
